Last week when we met up we furthered the conceptualization of the game, theme, and mechanics.  We have clear set out goals for the overall progress and individual work.  I was in charge of having a clear list of minigames and laying out game mechanics.  I have a pretty large list of both simple and complex games and possible changes that could made to the games for balancing purposes.  We also found a small shop in Tacoma that would print a real board for us, and a good start to what our characters will be.  We are hoping to play test the game in the next week.  We're expecting balancing to take a while so we wanted to get there as soon as possible.  The whole cluster is working hard on this project and seems very enthusiastic and motivated.
